Since a few months ago, I've been receiving emails from Sista Closette, telling me about their updates, sales, etc. The thing is, I never signed up or been asked to signed up their mailing list and I didn't buy anything from them also, then how's my email will be subscribed to their mailing list?? I guess they steal or get my email from the cbox from the other blogshops where I might have inquired on some items. I understand that they want more more explosures for their blogshop, but it is ok for sending one time but not keep on continue sending even I've asked them to remove me from their mailing list (at least 2-3 times I've asked them to unsubscribe me)!!

First of all, we would like to apologized for any inconvenience caused to anyone. Usually when we receive any emails regarding removing them off the mailing list, we will do it on the spot to remove it. If we didn't do so, maybe because we missed out that email. We have also thoroughly check through our inbox, and we cannot find any multiple emails for a same buyer asking to remove her from the mailing list. Hello Defnewz,

This is May, and this is the first time I came across Defnewz (De Fashion Newz) where there's a place named The Truth for buyers / sellers to use it as a platform to show our angriness regards our bad online shopping experiences and to share our good e-shopping experiences here.

I can still clearly recall my memory back to early of Feb 2010 where I came across a blogshop named LadiesFash. I was interested to buy few items from their site that time and as usual I sent my order in. After 7 days sent in my order, yet I got no reply from them. I guess the blogshop owner was too busy to reply or miss out my order, so I resent my order in again and again.

Guess what? The LadiesFash only replied me on the fourth email I sent in on early of Mar 2010.

Belt18a Black / White RM20 -- ok
Belt13a RM22 -- no more
CB27a RM15 -- no more dear
AV7 Black RM18 > no more dear, only Pink

However, I was so so so upset with their reply after my order sent in for a month plus, so I decided to pull my order back by replying them that I'm no longer interested to place my order with them.

Lastly, I hereby would like to state that everything I stated here is 100% truth and I apologize should there be anything that I said are offensive or misjudged in anyway.

Hey dear

I really not sure why I didnt reply in this mail, not sure why this email uncomplete,
I am afraid we have some technical problem
Because sometime customer reply me regarding uncomplete mail,like the acc send half, or write RM didnt write anything~and blank email too
So they will reply me again and sure I reply again to them
well, Every mail I will reply within 24 hours, some time internet problem will reply within 2-3days, wont miss any mail ,cus all tick reply

Hi Defnewz, we would like to be the first one to speak out for ourselves and other sellers who have come across some of the hardships that buyers put us on.

1. MIA Buyers / Backout Buyers
We've come across buyers who ask us a billion questions in few emails about one item, and then went MIA with no reason given. Yes, we know it is buyers' rights to get as much information as you could before deciding on a buying, but please do inform the sellers if you're no longer interested to have it rather than just went MIA!

Besides, there's buyers who asked for restock with their promising of no backout last minute by providing all their contact details and backout last minute when the stock has arrived, you got no ideas why you couldn't get them! You tried to contact them via email, sms or call, they just don't reply and answer you at all. To backout buyers, please be considerable on the sellers who spent their time, their efforts and their money to restock the items you requested!! What would you feel if you're one of the sellers? Be considerable please!!

2. COD Buyers
Yes, we all know some of the sellers provide COD for buyers, but not all the sellers do. Come on! This is internet / online shopping where the main mode of delivery is by postage. Please do not request unnecessary COD arrangement from those sellers who don't provide COD. Please be understandable.

3. I want it now! Buyers
We also come across with few buyers who want their order the next day after payment made. Please be understandable that most of the sellers are students or full time employed, hence it is obviously we got classes, assignments, exams or works. Hence, some sellers (which included us) only ship / send the orders out on Saturday except the first Saturday of the month (please read the terms carefully, we did remark it at our blog), so please be considerable.
